BRYAN AUN
Associate Agent
Bryan Aun is an Associate Agent with Michelle Tsai Real Estate. He earned his real estate license in 2017. When asked what his favorite thing about real estate is, Bryan says it is always exciting to see people passionate about and willing to invest in real estate. He also loves when people buy or sell a home and then considers doing upgrades or repairs. When clients ask for design advice, Bryan says he feels like Chip Gaines on Fixer Upper, and Michelle is like Joanna Gaines. He enjoys providing clients with realistic advice on making home upgrades. Bryan says "There is no better real estate agent out there than Michelle, with that little bit of support that I try to provide. Okay, truth be told, Michelle does all the work. I’m just here for the coffee and doughnuts." Outside of real estate, Bryan is passionate about sports. He is hoping the Lakers or Clippers can turn things around this year like the Rams and Dodgers have recently.
TYLER FALWELL
Associate Agent
Tyler Falwell is an Associate Agent with Michelle Tsai Real Estate. He loves meeting new people and helping them find their dream homes. Tyler is in his third year of college as a full-time student working towards pursuing a degree in Business Marketing. He stays busy doing E-commerce for shoes and working with NFTs, crypto, and all things Web3 related. Tyler incorporates his sales experience and customer service experience when supporting clients' real estate needs.
SAMANTHA LEE
Personal Assistant
Samantha Lee is the Personal Assistant to Michelle Tsai of Michelle Tsai Real Estate. She has about 4 years of experience with real estate transactions. She enjoys helping people coordinate the stressful process of selling or buying their homes and have it go as smoothly as possible! A native of San Jose with a B.A. in Business Economics from UCI, she likes to spend her free time baking sweet treats, cuddling with her two cats, and crocheting her next project.
ARIEL WARSTADT
PR Coordinator
Ariel Warstadt is the PR Coordinator for Michelle Tsai Real Estate. She has been working in real estate administration and marketing since graduating from San Diego State University in 2013. Ariel loves helping showcase clients’ homes in the best way possible, sharing home design inspiration, and being part of a team that helps people accomplish their goals. Outside of work, Ariel spends time playing with her puppy and watching hockey.
